★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco Scotiabank y la peor sucursal. Todos los bancos tienen sus detalles pero éste se los lleva de malo. En 2008 abrí una cuenta para una terminal, me la cobraban mensualmente y nunca me la dieron, me vaciaron la cuenta y durante 1 año no me resolvían. Los más ineficientes y groseros!!
 The worst Scotiabank bank and the worst branch. All banks have their details but this one takes them from bad. In 2008 I opened an account for a terminal, they charged me monthly and never gave it to me, they emptied my account and for 1 year they did not solve me. The most inefficient and rude !!

Me expuso enfrente de todos los clientes, diciendo alguien la “conoce”… Ya llevamos trabajando con el banco como 10años pero en la otra sucursal…!! Pero hasta aquí llegamos ya le pedí a contador que cancele mi cuenta.! Las Cajeras súper lentas!!! Es el peor banco de todos .!! Se llevan la corona de los más incompetentes.!!!
Hasta caen mal.!! Es lo malo de México, por un puesto se creen el “intocables”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo quiero comentar que la atención en esta sucursal es un asco según su hora de cierre dice que es a las 5 PM y resulta que a las 4:20 ya está cerrada son tantas anomalías que hay en. Este banco mi mamá tenía una cuenta ahí ella fallece y resulta que le hacen pérdida su cuenta porque cambio de modalidad no tomaron en cuenta la persona que quedó como beneficiaria se inicio trámite para recuperar la cuenta nunca nos dieron solución y así las cajeras son déspotas etc
I just want to comment that the attention in this branch is disgusting according to its closing time, it says that it is at 5 PM and it turns out that at 4:20 it is already closed, there are so many anomalies that there are. This bank my mother had an account there she dies and it turns out that they lose her account because they changed the modality they did not take into account the person who was left as a beneficiary they started the process to recover the account they never gave us a solution and so the tellers are despots etc
