★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente terrible servicio, nunca contestan el teléfono, mi camioneta estuvo parada 3 semanas sin que le hicieran NADA, tuve que ir a recogerla para llevarla a otro taller
Just terrible service, they never answer the phone, my truck was parked for 3 weeks with NOTHING done to it, I had to go pick it up to take it to another shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No contestan las llamadas, al parecer no siempre cuentan con una secretaria. Tardaron muchísimo en entregar la factura ( marcaba diario para pedirla) . Pésimo servicio
Terrible service. They don't answer calls, apparently they don't always have a secretary. They took a long time to deliver the bill (I dialed daily to ask for it). Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de repintado no me agradó en nada, malas prácticas, no desmontan las piezas y las pintan arriba dejando partes sin pintar por lo que la calidad de su trabajo de bajo, hay otros lugares que ponen atención al detalle y supervisan a sus pintores evitando dejar partes sin pintar o pulir provocando texturas en la pintura, parabrisas brisiados y otras partes del auto brisiada. No lo recomiendo. Busca otras opciones.
The repainting service did not please me at all, bad practices, they do not disassemble the pieces and paint them up leaving parts unpainted so the quality of their work is low, there are other places that pay attention to detail and supervise their painters avoiding leave parts unpainted or polished causing textures in the paint, brisiada windshield and other parts of the car brisiada. I do not recommend it. Look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi seguro me comentó que llevarían aquí mi auto a reparar por un percance, que pondrían piezas originales.
En el listado de piezas mostraron que cambiarían ventilador y sus componentes, los cuales NO cambiaron, aún ni siquiera pedia las piezas de reemplazo y ya me estaban comentando que si las quería ya no las tenían, que las habían tirado.
Me dijeron que si era una pieza nueva, cuando en la foto se aprecia que es la misma que ya estaba (se alcanza a ver el exceso de polvo, marcas que ponen de agencia y aceite).
Después me comentaron que las piezas podían ser usadas o no originales…
Me dijeron también que tenía garantía pero ese no es el tema, sino que mostraron un listado, yo pagué un deducible y NO me cambiaron las piezas que comentaron en su diagnóstico. El coche está funcionando pero aún así no se me hace correcto lo que hicieron.
Ni la aseguradora ni ellos me resolvieron, llevo tiempo queriendo poner este comentario pero no había tenido tiempo y por la misma razón no quise discutir.

In the list of parts they showed that they would change the fan and its components, which they did NOT change, I still did not even ask for the replacement parts and they were already telling me that if I wanted them they no longer had them, that they had thrown them away.
They told me that if it was a new piece, when in the photo you can see that it is the same as it was already (you can see the excess of dust, marks that put agency and oil).
Later they told me that the pieces could be used or not original ...
They also told me that it had a guarantee but that is not the issue, but they showed a list, I paid a deductible and they did NOT change the parts that they commented on in their diagnosis. The car is working but still it doesn't make me correct what they did.
Neither the insurance company nor they solved me, I have been wanting to make this comment for a long time but I had not had time and for the same reason I did not want to argue.
