The contact was made through Facebook, as I saw a very detailed announcement about their service and it caught my attention. I got in touch and we made an appointment for the service. I arrived and I confess that the place did not make such a good impression on me because there were only 2 washers and it was understaffed but I left to wash a Chevy (dirty, obviously). They told me when to go get him and I left. Upon returning, they had not finished yet, although I arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time. I checked the car and found some details, like that in some parts of the fabric it was wet, some spots were still dirty. They told me "it was very dirty" and when I complained to the "manager" (only by messenger, because he never showed up physically) he got upset and told me that he was the first to complain about more than a thousand services and better units. They do not give a receipt because "we only give it digital" (well, not digital) and they did not assume responsibility.
