★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la confianza de llevar las corbatas de seda que usé en mi boda y al parecer no utilizaron los cuidados correctos ya que las quemaron y encogieron, son dos corbatas de la marca Hermes con un valor de $5,800c/u, pareciera que las metieron a una lavadora y secadora.
Muy mala experiencia.
I had the confidence to wear the silk ties that I used at my wedding and apparently they did not use the correct care since they burned and shrunk, they are two ties of the Hermes brand with a value of $ 5,800 ea, it seems that they were put to a washer and dryer.
Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio comenzamos a llevar nuestra ropa a esta lavandería y nos gustó mucho su servicio y el precio. Meses después comenzaron a perder nuestra ropa (1 ó 2 piezas en cada lavada) pero nos dimos cuenta ya que eran cosas muy específicas y comenzamos a tomar fotografías de la ropa que mandábamos. Siempre que se perdía algo íbamos a comentarles de que si lo podían buscar en su tienda ya que en nuestra casa no estaban y era 100% seguro que lo habíamos mandado a lavar con ellos. Su respuesta casi siempre fue culpándonos con respuestas como “ustedes son a los únicos que les pasa esto aquí en la lavandería” y cabe recalcar que nunca pedimos dinero por la ropa que perdieron y nunca fuimos groseros al pedir que revisaran bien nuestra ropa. La última vez el chico que lava se portó muy grosero con mi pareja al culparlo de perder dichas prendas sin que mi pareja las estuviera cobrando, cero recomendable este servicio. Bien lo dicen “lo barato sale caro”.
At first we started to take our clothes to this laundry and we really liked their service and the price. Months later they began to lose our clothes (1 or 2 pieces in each wash) but we realized that they were very specific things and we began to take pictures of the clothes we sent. Whenever something was lost, we would tell them if they could look for it in their store since they were not in our house and it was 100% sure that we had sent it to be washed with them. Their response was almost always blaming us with responses such as "you are the only ones that happen to this here in the laundry" and it should be emphasized that we never ask for money for the clothes they lost and we were never rude to ask that our clothes be inspected well. The last time the guy who washes was very rude to my partner by blaming him for losing these clothes without my partner being charged, zero recommended this service. They say it well "cheap is expensive."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un día entero por servicio “express” y querían cuatro días para servicio de lavado en seco. y al llegar cuesta ochenta pesos más supuestamente porque tiene una cobija y una cobija tiene tasa diferente mientras entregue la cobija en una bolsa aparte de la ropa y era obviamente una cobija.
A whole day for "express" service and they wanted four days for dry cleaning service. and when arriving it costs eighty pesos more supposedly because it has a blanket and a blanket has a different rate as long as the blanket is delivered in a bag separate from the clothes and it was obviously a blanket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia te dicen que entregan un día a cierta hora y cuando vas mienten y le dan mucha vuelta al asunto que aun no esta lista y después resulta que si la tienen ya no se porque hace eso realmente solo deberían de entregar y evitarse muchos problemas no lo recomiendo en nada además que la ropa sale en malas canciones
Bad experience they tell you that they deliver one day at a certain time and when you go they lie and they give a lot of thought to the matter that is not ready yet and then it turns out that if they have it I don't know why they do that really they should just deliver and avoid many problems no I recommend it in nothing besides that the clothes come out in bad songs
