E	Elisabeth Hidalgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté una excursión combinada, tulum con snorkel,cenote y la laguna y solo hicimos cenote y laguna porque dicen que tulum estaba cerrado No nos ofrecieron otra excursión ni la devolución de esta ni nada ,solo nos decían que eso lo teníamos que hablar con el vendedor ,a este no lo volvimos a ver y perdimos tiempo, dinero y mucha ilusión Es injusto que nos engañen de esta manera a los turistas I hired a combined excursion, tulum with snorkel, cenote and the lagoon and we only did cenote and lagoon because they say that tulum was closed They did not offer us another excursion or the return of this or anything, they only told us that we had to discuss that with the seller, we did not see him again and we lost time, money and much enthusiasm It is unfair that tourists are deceived in this way

Todos estuvieron muy bien, transcurrieron tal y como nos conto, muy variados y divertidos. El comercial estuvo tambien muy atento de nosotros preguntandonos por el transcurso de los mismos si fue todo bien. Quedamos muy contentos con el servicio.?? On the hotel beach, a guy from premium service, Santos, approached us. We hired several tours with him. They were all very good, they passed as he told us, very varied and fun. The commercial was also very attentive to us asking us about the course of the same if everything went well. We are very happy with the service.??
C	Carolina León on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no es una empresa confiable, agendamos un tour en nuestro último dia de las vacaciones a Chichen Itza con ellos, ya que era mas económico que el hotel y mas rápido. Nos dijeron que a las 7am debíamos estar en el Lobby de nuestro hotel, estuvimos esperando 1 hora y recién nos informaron que el tour se canceló, sin dar una solución. Super decepcionados. Lo único bueno de la empresa era su vendedor Hivis. Unfortunately it is not a reliable company, we scheduled a tour on our last day of vacation to Chichen Itza with them, since it was cheaper than the hotel and faster. They told us that at 7am we should be in the Lobby of our hotel, we were waiting 1 hour and they just informed us that the tour was cancelled, without giving a solution. Super disappointed. The only good thing about the company was its Hivis salesperson.

Hicimos una seña de U$S 75 por 3 pasajeros. El tour salía U$U65 POR PERSONA. NUNCA APARECIERON, NUNCA. Y NO HAY UN COTACTO AL QUE RECLAMAR. Estafa total We are at the Viva Maya hotel, yesterday a vendor approached us very kindly and we bought an excursion to Tulum for our last day. We made a deposit of US$75 for 3 passengers. The tour was U$U65 PER PERSON. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. AND THERE IS NO COTACT TO CLAIM. total scam

Hicimos tour de 3 cenotes. 1100 pesos pp, incluido transporte y comida. Los cenotes fueron con la empresa Maya adrenaline. Muy bonitos, servicio increíble, grupos pequeños. Nuestra guía Sara era maravillosa. We shop with the guys who sell on the beach, at playacar. Premium service. We were picked up from our hotel at 7:45 am and returned around 3pm. We did tour of 3 cenotes. 1100 pesos pp, including transportation and food. The cenotes were with the Maya adrenaline company. Very nice, amazing service, small groups. Our guide Sara was wonderful.

Nos explico los tours, queriamos hacer 3 a chichen itza, tulum y otro de ver tortugas, todos estos venian con otras actividades incluidas como ver distintos cenotes, le dimos una señal alli mismo como reserva que luego nos descontaron del precio a pagar el dia de la excursion. Todo fue tal y como nos explico el vendedor, buen servicio y buenas excursiones. Repetiremos si se da la ocasion :). While on the beach of the RIU palace mexico hotel, a commercial from this company called Santos approached. He explained the tours, we wanted to do 3 Chichen Itza, Tulum and another to see turtles, all of these came with other activities included such as seeing different cenotes, we gave a signal right there as a reservation that later they discounted us from the price to pay on the day of the excursion. Everything was just as the seller explained, good service and good excursions. We will repeat if the occasion arises :).

No solo fue el más económico de todas las otras agencias, sino que ademas cumplió con todo lo prometido. Nuestro guía, Nacho, fue excelente. La excursión incluyó traslado, entradas, almuerzo, visita a cenote y visita a una ciudad española. Sin dudas los volvería a elegir. Gracias! We were on the beach and Isaac very kindly approached us to sell us the tour to Chichen Itza. Not only was it the cheapest of all the other agencies, but it also delivered on everything it promised. Our guide, Nacho, was excellent. The excursion included transportation, entrance fees, lunch, a visit to a cenote and a visit to a Spanish city. I would definitely choose them again. Thanks!
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tours for a fair price of you bargain a bit. There are many tours to choose from. Groups are not larger than ten people because they use mini buses. Only four stars because every tour ends in some sort of souvenir shop where sales methods tend to be difficult.
