★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los autos están en perfectas condiciones muy bien cuidados. Lo que me gustó fue el trato que brindan, fueron muy atentos y rápidos en responder. Creo que el precio es acorde al tipo de vehículos que ofrecen. Sin duda volveré a rentar.
The cars are in perfect condition very well cared for. What I liked was the treatment they provide, they were very attentive and quick to respond. I think the price is according to the type of vehicles they offer. I will definitely rent again.

Alex Giraldo provided me with the best service in all of Mexico. The trick? He did exactly what he committed to do and met and went beyond my expectations.

If I owned a company in Mexico I would hire Luxury Car Rental as consultants to model my operations after them....so refreshing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself a lot of hassle and have these guys drop off a clean fully fueled car at your hotel! After arguing with the big car agencies over not wanting to get a car with all these extras and while returning, tiny scratches that were already there - I was done! Premium renta car was super easy to deal with! All the insurance is included in the price. While returning, a quick walk around and since all the scratches were already noted, he said thank you and that was that! Can’t wait for our next trip and my next rental, maybe I’ll get one of the fancy cars next time?

The communication was absolutely amazing and everyone was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone visiting.
