Como a muchas otras mujeres en el embarazo a mi esposa le preocupaba el sobrepeso durante y después de esta etapa.
Las nutriologas la atendieron con un plan balanceado de alimentación respetando algunos de sus antojos.
Además tomó una sesión de masaje en la espalda ya que no podía dormir bien y eso le ayudo mucho para relajar esos dolores.
