★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abuzo por parte de la empresa. No hay garantias al consumidor. Les roban las piezas de joyeria (Según), no notifican al consumidor y todavia, el consumidor, tiene que pagar el refrendo. El responsable del lugar, se lava las manos y manipula el contrato a conveniencia de la empresa. Desgraciadamente abuzan de la necesidad de las personas que entregamos en resguardo algo tan valioso. Y no es el valor económico de la prenda, el lo que ellos no entienden como valor estimativo. Eso se llama afectación por daños.morales y perjuicios. No se los demas consumidores, pero habremos de iniciar una demanda legal en contra de esta maldita empresa en la PROFECO.
Abuzo from the company. There are no guarantees to the consumer. The pieces of jewelry are stolen (According to), they do not notify the consumer and the consumer still has to pay the endorsement. The person in charge of the place, washes his hands and manipulates the contract at the convenience of the company. Unfortunately they abuan the need of the people who give something so valuable as safe. And it is not the economic value of the garment, what they do not understand as an estimated value. This is called an affectation for moral damages. I do not know the other consumers, but we will have to initiate a legal claim against this damn company in PROFECO.
