★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para empezar, mi esposo fue a comprar un pliego de vinil y le dieron de otro tipo, después yo fui a que me lo cambiaran o me hicieran un descuento, por qué ese vinil no era el que ocupaba y se hecho a perder la playera, el material y todavía gasté en la impresión, y la sra que me atendió se portó super altanera, y solo se lavó las manos, diciendo q ella no podía hacer nada xq ella no podía tomar decisiones, que regresará mañana, pero me trasladé desde el otro lado de la ciudad, para q ella no me pudiera resolver nada, y las vueltas de mi esposo y la mías, ps no la verdad no sale, y menos en estos tiempos de pandemia, ya salí perdiendo tiempo y dinero, así que me fui a avance que está en frente y nada q ver con el servicio de este lugar, ahí si super atentos muy amables, y ese lugar si que lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, to begin with, my husband went to buy a sheet of vinyl and they gave him another type, then I went to have it changed or they gave me a discount, because that vinyl was not the one he was occupying and it wasted the t-shirt, the material and I still spent on the printing, and the lady who attended me behaved super haughty, and only washed her hands, saying that she couldn't do anything because she couldn't make decisions, that she will return tomorrow, but I I moved from the other side of the city, so that she could not solve anything for me, and the returns of my husband and mine, ps the truth does not come out, and less in these times of pandemic, I already lost time and money, so I went to advance that is in front and nothing to do with the service of this place, there if super friendly very kind, and that place if I recommend it.
