Absolutely amazing experience! Prep Tulum was so professional from start to finish! Communication was awesome! And Karina - can’t say enough great things about her! I can to Tulum with my rose gold a bit faded a s she was able to put the color right back last minute for me! So accommodating! She took my inspiration photos and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. So easy to work with. I’m a licensed esti in the States and she knew her stuff I can tell you. Amazing cleanliness and hygiene as well as mastery of her skills. She is also just a sweetheart. I looked amazing for my vow renewal! And the makeup stayed put for the whole ceremony- despite me pouring sweat and swimming in a cenote! Use Prep Tulum!!

Best make up artist I’ve ever used. David was so wonderful to work with. He made me, the mother of the bride, absolutely glow! My daughter, the bride, was a vision of loveliness; she is in the beauty business and has high standards for her makeup. David enhanced her natural beauty and covered any imperfections perfectly. All the work on the different bridesmaids turned out stunning as well. He even touched up some sunburn that was on the grooms nose! Our photos from the day are gorgeous because David brought out the best in us and was very gracious and kind. Thank you, David!

This team is incredible! I am a year out from my wedding and am booking them for my entire bridal party and family for my big day. They have been incredibly responsive, informative and continue to reach out to make sure I have everything I need to feel great about making my decision wi to them. Brittany in specific has made this so incredibly easy, her follow up is impeccable and she is just so fun to work with! I only wish I lived close so I could use this awesome team more often! I hired Prep Tulum for my Tulum wedding and I am SO happy I did. I was quite anxious about my bridal make up service for a few reasons. I had a previous not so great experience, i am quite particular about my makeup and the products used on my skin, and I was worried they were not used to working on my particular features as an Asian woman. Carla, my make up artist DELIVERED. She understood all my requests during my trial and on the day of my wedding, I could not believe how beautiful and glowing she made me look. She puts so much effort and care into each step and she knew exactly how to glam me up naturally. I’ve never felt so pretty. She is also such a sweetheart! Ilia, my hair stylist was also great & super receptive to the hair I wanted and gave me the easy beautiful wavy hair I wanted for my beach wedding. I had also signed my bridesmaids up for hair service and they requested everything from up dos, waves and ponytails. The team executed them so well - all my friends were raving. One of my friends who got married earlier this year even said she preferred her hair do for my wedding over her own. :) In addition, the entire team was very punctual which I think is so important for the wedding day & the coordinating process with Chelsea at Prep was fantastic - she is super nice and a great communicator. Would book them again in a second. Big thank you the Prep team!

This hair and make up team is the ultimate best. I needed my extensions done before my wedding. They were able to last minute sew them in two days before hand. It was the best extension install I have ever had. Hand tied wefts. We had three stylists come for hair and make up for myself and my bridesmaids and they were all fabulous. I have never had my make up or hair done better anywhere else. Amazing company! Chelsea and Brittany - the organizers - are fabulous to work with. Five stars !!

The people in this company are amazing! First off Maria, she did my eyelash extensions during my bachelorette party and did my trial make up the day before the wedding and wedding makeup as well! She makes you feel so comfortable and is so kind to work with. Karina, is also very sweet too! She played around with my hair and made the coolest braid ever. My only regret is the humidity of Mexico that made my hair flat during wedding photos (not karinas fault at all), but she tried to tease it and make it look beautiful regardless. And then the gentleman in the photo, he made an impact on my little 12 year old sister. She is going through that awkward stage of acne and hating making up and all the glam, but this man made her feel so comfortable and confident. He told her that he also had bad acne and gave her tips (healthy food wise and products) to help it. To this day three months later she still is eating clean, and dedicating time to her skin routine because of him. Just awesome! Couldn’t recommend this company enough. They did all of my ladies hair but one . They truly try different make up colors and shades and hair styles to make sure your absolutely happy.

Hello female population interested in hair extension.....I am an hair extension lover, very demanding in terms of quality since I had extension many times...I gave myself a trip to Mexico to celebrate the end of a painful divorce and really wanted to treat myself. I read reviews online about Chelsea's work and they caught my attention. Chelsea is very caring, beautiful, sweet and inspire trust immediately. I called her few days before my trip asking if I could do my hair. She suggested to send videos to see what type of hair could match best and she ordered the most amazing hair for me. Quality is really great, so the way the extensions are done. Price is great and worth for the job she does. I highly recommend Chelsea and her stuff are amazing. She is also a very honest person. I came across many scam in the past few months. She really respect her clients and she loves her work. Always trust whoever loves what he/she does.It worth a vacation in Tulum visiting her hair salon!Thank you Chelsea!

Wow! What can I say... The communication with Prep couldn't have been better. Always available to answer any questions and such quick responses, it's hard to find that with wedding vendors! I had my hair done a week before the big day and the colour was absolute perfection. It matched my clip in extensions perfectly and seamlessly. This was my first time meeting Karina and her kind and gentle nature made me feel totally at ease. I went the day before to have my nails done, understated with small pearl details, they looked absolutely beautiful. When the day came and Karina showed up, I couldn't be happier to know that it was her getting me ready for my wedding. I trusted her implicitly and she also really took into account the look that I was aiming for, glamourous yet natural. I was overwhelmed when I saw the final look, I've never felt more beautiful. The fact that my hair and make-up lasted on a day full of tears and a wild amount of wind on the beach is incredible! Karina, what you do is so special; you have no idea the impact you make on others, continue to make people feel their best on their special day, I know you will.
