Having been in Boca many times and now living there, l didn't visit for a meal until recently and was mad at myself for not come here sooner and more often. Like most of the sit down places to eat, this one shouldn't be missed and you won't get very much sand between your toes like you would at Los Mangos. Everything is fresh and can be tasted. You'll want to come back to sample more of their specialties. I wish more visitors would slow down and just spend a few days I. The Boca area because there is so much to do and see,Boca makes the perfect location to be in and be able to visit s number of places that shouldn't be missed that are off the radar to the majority of travellers. Waterfalls, spectacular jungle setting shadowed by the towering Sierra Madre, gorgeous unspoiled beaches all to yourself, three world famous hiking trails, spectacular snorkeling at Los Arc is,biking, scuba, fishing, and more if 6ou love the great outdoors.

While the location and setting are beautiful, right on the lakes edge, the food quality and offerings are limited and the prices are outrageous. We went there to try the famous freshwater blue shrimp found in the lake. The price seemed steep at 800 pesos per kg. But we wanted to try anyways. They brought a platter out before cooking that consisted of a couple of huge shrimp and many much smaller shrimps. They were very hard to get out of the shell, there was very little meat on them and the prices were absolutely ridiculous. This was more expensive than any beachfront deluxe restaurant on the Malecon and was by far the worst dining experience in PV. I would not recommend this place at all.
