Rodeado de diversos restaurantes donde acuden miles de familias a disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lugar. Se localiza entre los municipios de Tlajomulco de Zúñiga y Acatlán. Llega uno por la avenida López Mateos hasta llegar al crucero San Isidro Mazatepec-Bellavista, esto a la altura del puente de Las Cuatas. 14 kilómetros después se encuentra el camino que conduce al fraccionamiento y a la presa Valencia. Una pequeña plaza recibe a los visitantes, bancas y un kiosco permiten bajar y admirar la zona, grandes palmas y árboles coronan el paisaje que se complemente con el agua de la presa y los cerros cercanos. Se realizan cabalgatas y Paseos en bicicleta que permiten convivir con la naturaleza, sin prisas, ni tiempos. Los restaurantes del lugar ofrecen los platillos del día, ya sea de manera individual, por grupos o en paquetes especiales, combinando la comida y buscando satisfacer el apetito del más antojado.
