★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son unos ratas, acudí a las autoridades para reportar de emergencia el robo de mi vehículo, les dí exactamente el cruce de las calles y les dije que ahí estaba por que lo tenían visualizado, aun así comentaron que no estaba y no podían hacer mas, seguramente están inmiscuidos con los ladrones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en general es rápido pero hay unas áreas donde las que atienden son flojas, malas trabajando y no explican bien, en todos los tramites uno tiene que revisar cada documento por que luego los realizan mal y ellos no se hacen responsables y se tiene que volver a pagar y dependiendo los tramites uno da muchas vueltas por su culpa, pero como estan recomendadas aunque uno se queja no las sancionan de ninguna manera por trabajar mal, por los demas trabajadores hacen bien los papeleos y explican bien es fácil darse cuenta quien es quie trabaja bien.
The service in general is fast but there are some areas where the ones they serve are lazy, bad at work and do not explain well, in all the procedures one has to review each document because they then do it wrong and they are not responsible and they have to pay again and depending on the procedures you go around a lot because of them, but as they are recommended although one complains they are not penalized in any way for working poorly, for the other workers they do the paperwork well and explain well it is easy to see who is who works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para reportar un vehículo robado teniendo GPS y la dirección de dónde estaba y me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada. Que es más que estaba equivocado.
I called to report a stolen vehicle having GPS and the address of where it was and they told me they couldn't do anything. Which is more than I was wrong.
