★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy logre obtener mi acta de nacimiento actualizada en solo 30 minutos y via telefonica en el registro civil de San Antonio Tepetongo Zacatecas, yo vivo en San Juan del Rio ,Queretaro. Esto ya lo habia tramitado en Mexico en dos ocaciones anteriores, sin embargo en esta ocacion "no localizaron mi acta"
Por este medio quiero felicitar a la señorita Jeny Avila quien amablemente atendio mi llamada, escucho mi problema y corrigio el sistema enviandome mi acta e incluso la cadena digital del documento.
Muchas gracias señorita Avila, Mexico necesita mas personas como usted
Today I was able to obtain my updated birth certificate in just 30 minutes and via telephone at the civil registry of San Antonio Tepetongo Zacatecas, I live in San Juan del Rio, Queretaro. This had already been processed in Mexico on two previous occasions, however on this occasion "they did not locate my record"
