Por medio de la presente, nos permitimos dirigir a Ud. de la manera más atenta para poner en conocimiento lo siguiente: Que hemos adquirido una propiedad en Tequisquiapan Qro. para nuestro futuro, sabiendo de su belleza y clima benévolo para la salud, así como su tranquilidad para vivir, Fue comprada en el mes de octubre del 2017 ; Durante el mes de noviembre del año 2018,estuvimos personalmente para cubrir el adeudo del pago de predial y nos comunicaron que había un beneficio para los deudores de dicho pago, en ese momento reflejaba una cantidad de 1589.00 pero si lo pagábamos en ese período se reduciría a 1356.00 ,sin embargo por cuestiones de gastos no se realizó en su momento. El día 17 de junio del presente año se liquidó la cantidad de 1883.00 para cubrir los adeudos pendientes y estar al corriente. Al solicitar informes a las personas que laboran en la Tesoreria acerca de este adeudo de los tres primeros bimestres de éste año ,mencionan que es la misma cantidad que se pago por los siete bimestres anteriores ,lo cual es un abuso ya que muestra que se está incrementando el valor predial en un 100%. Por lo tanto SOLICITO A USTED ATENTAMENTE se sirvan revisar el incremento al respecto, ya que para variar no tenemos pavimentación ,ni alumbrado público y esos son beneficios para la población. Y LO OTRO ES QUE AQUI EN PASEO DEL DEPOSITO EXISTE DESDE HACE UN AÑO PERSONAS QUE SE JUNTAN PARA ZUMBA O AEROBIC, QUE SEGÚN ENTIENDO ESTAN PROHIBIDOS POR SALUBRIDAD. Y SIGUEN. HORARIOS DE 7 AM A 8 Y 6 PM A 7 PM. Y SIGUEN EN ESA PARTE CONSTRUYENDO, TENDRÁN PERMISO DE OBRA PUBLICAS?, Y ADEMAS AHI LLEGAN LAS PIPAS DE GAS A CARGAR A LAS CAMIONETAS. QUÉ PADRE!, NO? THERE SHOULD BE A PAGE FOR CITIZEN COMPLAINTS ON THE MUNICIPALITY PAGE. THERE IS NO SUCH. AND THE OTHER THING IS THAT HERE IN PASEO DEL DEPOSITO THERE HAS BEEN FOR A YEAR PEOPLE WHO GET TOGETHER FOR ZUMBA OR AEROBIC, WHICH I UNDERSTAND ARE FORBIDDEN FOR HEALTH AND CONTINUE.
