Se puede entender la "novates" y/o la improvisación del personal; pero, claramente se percibe la falta de compromiso, la falta de interés y la nula actitud de "cambiar las cosas". Son evidentes las acciones de agradecer los "favores", a través de asignación de puestos (desde el personal de intendencia hasta algunas coordinaciones), sin percatarse o corroborar los conocimientos, las aptitudes y sobretodo las buenas actitudes, de cada miembro del organigrama municipal. Es necesario, hacer cambios que favorescan el cimiento de la administración actual y que de verdad se consoliden los proyectos que tanta falta hacen para marcar la diferencia con las administraciones pasadas y más que nada en beneficio de unos de los Municipios más grandes del estado. With the respect that my countrymen deserve; but, they bring a lot of mess in all aspects. You can understand the "newbies" and/or the improvisation of the staff; but, the lack of commitment, the lack of interest and the null attitude of "changing things" are clearly perceived. The actions of thanking "favors" through the assignment of positions (from quartermaster staff to some coordination) are evident, without noticing or corroborating the knowledge, skills and, above all, good attitudes, of each member of the municipal organization chart. It is necessary to make changes that favor the foundation of the current administration and that really consolidate the projects that are so lacking to make a difference with past administrations and more than anything for the benefit of one of the largest municipalities in the state.
