★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, para acta de nacimiento y defunción tengo que esperar hasta que acabe la cuarentena si claro como si Santander fuera a esperarme los únicos que entienden y son empatocos en esta situación son los de coppel, uff y según los servicios esenciales iban a seguir funcionando que pésimo trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar, la gente que labora ahí es cálida y muy amable. En cuanto a la infraestructura es de estilo barroco pero bien conservado, hay dos jardines muy bonitos, en este ultimo un árbol de ancho tronco te sorprenderá con su corteza, altura, follaje y flores. Sin duda, es un lugar que vale la pena visitar para conocer Tlaxcala.
It is an excellent place, the people who work there are warm and very friendly. Regarding the infrastructure, it is in the Baroque style but well preserved, there are two very beautiful gardens, in the latter a tree with a wide trunk will surprise you with its bark, height, foliage and flowers. Without a doubt, it is a place worth visiting to get to know Tlaxcala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio muy bonito, estilo afrancesado, jardín interior y fuentes. El área de registro civil generalmente saturado, la atención buena, personal amable. El servicio de caja es eficiente y rápido. En el caso de pago de predial y manifestación de la propiedad muy lento, una sola caja en función lo que provoca aglomeraciones de contribuyentes. La mayoría de los trabajadores están platicando, comiendo o con el celular. Los sanitarios están cerrados y por la contingencia el horario es de 9 a 2 pm y la entrada es por la parte trasera (calle Xicohténcatl) por un estacionamiento público. Creo se puede mejorar ✔️?
The very nice building, French style, interior garden and fountains. Generally crowded civil registration area, good service, friendly staff. The cashier service is efficient and fast. In the case of very slow property payment and manifestation of the property, a single box in function which causes agglomerations of taxpayers. Most of the workers are talking, eating or with the cell phone. The toilets are closed and for contingency the hours are from 9 to 2 pm and the entrance is from the back (Xicohténcatl street) through a public parking lot. I think it can be improved ✔️?
