★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prácticamente todo está mal, es un nido de corrupción ya que si no tienen problemas con los policías, es con recursos etiquetados. Dan mala atención a la ciudadanía y sus cobros son excesivos si no se exige una rúbrica tarifaria, como dicen por ahí según se deje la gente.
 Practically everything is wrong, it is a nest of corruption since if they do not have problems with the police, it is with labeled resources. They give poor attention to citizens and their charges are excessive if a rate rubric is not required, as they say around as people leave.
