★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un edificio estilo modernista pero deja mucho que desear pues encuentras muchas áreas de oportunidad, la mayoría del personal atento y dispuestos a servir a la ciudadanía, el edificio está dividido en tres niveles, lo cual dificulta el acceso a los niveles inferior y superior para las personas con alguna discapacidad
 A modernist style building but it leaves a lot to be desired since you find many areas of opportunity, most of the staff are attentive and willing to serve citizens, the building is divided into three levels, which makes access to the lower and upper levels difficult for people with disabilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, el trato fue muy bueno en todo momento. Es la 2da o 3ra vez que voy y siempre ha sido asi. No obstante veo los comentarios que han tenido mala experiencia y es por eso que les pongo 4 estrellas. Porque no puedo garantizar que todos reciban el trato que me toco a mi.
Personally, the treatment was very good at all times. It is the 2nd or 3rd time I go and it has always been that way. However I see the comments that have had a bad experience and that is why I give them 4 stars. Because I can't guarantee that everyone gets the treatment that I get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero pongan un poco mas de atencion en los telefonos estuve tratando de hablar para pedir información sobre como pagar un prebial desde Texas y nunca pude comunicarme,,, espero para la proxima vez que hable tengan un mejor servicio por telefono porque uno habla de larga distancia y alfinal se queda uno igual sin ninguna respuesta....
I hope they pay a little more attention to the phones, I was trying to talk to ask for information on how to pay a prebial from Texas and I could never communicate ,,, I hope for the next time I speak they will have a better service on the phone because one speaks long distance and in the end one remains the same without any answer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá que dentro de los proyectos de la nueva administración, exista la posibilidad de reinstalar juegos distintos y de más recreación para los niños en la Alameda. Creo que mejor los anteriores con el debido mantenimiento.
Hopefully within the projects of the new administration, there is the possibility of reinstating different games and more recreation for children in the Alameda. I think the previous ones are better with due maintenance.
