★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio moderno, amplio y bien organizado, cuenta con escaleras eléctricas y elevadores, la plancha del asta bandera es muy grande y el espacio de estacionamiento es muy grande pero le falta urbanización, a principio de año la aglomeración es regular por los pagos que tienen los ciudadanos, pienso que podrían modernizarse para realizar algunos pagos por internet y no ser obsoletos administrativamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio que alberga la Presidencia Municipal de Tulancingo es un inmueble relativamente nuevo, un poco alejado de la ciudad, muy bonito por dentro, áreas amplias, muy moderno, 100% accesible para personas que usan silla de ruedas, cuenta con escaleras eléctricas y elebadores, al centro del edificio hay un domo que da una vista muy bonita a la arquitectura del edificio, el único pero es que el estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre sonrisa franca , así nos recibe mi buen amigo Netzer . El lugar una oficina dentro del palacio municipal de Tulancingo , por cierto tiene una vista envidiable ya que se avisoara del lado derecho una arboleda muy tupida en el rededor del palacio cubierto de plantas verdes y a la izquierda una serie de cerros. Visita ofial por parte de Grupo Arkanet, para ser aliados del CIAPEM. El edificio de la Presidencia,alberga a la mayoría de las direcciones generales que conforman la estructura del municipio . Este edificio consta se 4 niveles muy bien diseñados dando una sensación de amplitud que con su domo al centro de la construcción da luz natural a la parte centra y una buena parte de las demás áreas.
El edificio cuenta con tecnología de punta en sus sistemas de comunicación ,contiene 4 sites de servidores , además de un sistema de transparencia en línea respecto a los ingresos del municipio.
