★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún cuando están saturadas de trabajo por las fechas decembrinas tienen un buen trato. Me indicaron de antemano la fecha de entrega para que estuviera al tanto y decidiera si valía la pena estar en la lista de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE ATENCIÓN!!!!!!!! El personal que trabaja ahí es súper grosero en especial una señora de cabello lacio color rojizo siempre plancha adelante de la recepción , es MUY MAL EDUCADA soy clienta de años y cuando voy a la tintorería finge que no me ve y me hace esperar varios minutos , luego se acerca con toda la flojera del mundo, y no importa si le digo "buenos días, buenas tardes" JAMÁS responde, solo pone su cara de enojada, no sé si es muda o solo es grosera, pero NUNCA ME ATIENDE BIEN. El trabajo es bueno pero la atención es horrenda.
TERRIBLE ATTENTION !!!!!!!! The staff who work there are super rude, especially a lady with straight reddish hair who always irons in front of the reception, she is VERY BAD EDUCATED I have been a customer for years and when I go to the dry cleaner she pretends that she does not see me and makes me wait several minutes, then he approaches with all the laziness in the world, and it doesn't matter if I say "good morning, good afternoon" he NEVER responds, he just makes his angry face, I don't know if he's mute or just rude, but he NEVER TAKES CARE OF ME WELL. The work is good but the attention is horrendous.
