★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy groseros y ademas pobre calidad de servicio- me regresaron las prendas manchadas y no estaban bien planchadas. Ademas que fui a recoger las cosas 2 días después de que me avisaron que iban a estar listas; llegue y empezaron a planchar 3 camisas por lo que espere 30 minutos mas. Servicio pésimo y zero recomendable!
Very rude and also poor quality of service- they returned my stained clothes and they were not well ironed. Also, I went to pick up the things 2 days after they told me that they were going to be ready; I arrived and they started to iron 3 shirts so I waited 30 more minutes. Terrible service and zero recommendable!

Me atendió una señora blanca de ojos claros alta , le dije que no encontraba mi recibo que me buscará en la computadora, se puso furiosa y me dijo que era la última vez que me entregaría mis camisas.
Le dije la última y la primera, porque no regreso.
Dijo que le parecía perfecto, que no tenía que estar entregando trabajos sin la nota
Entonces de que sirve la computadora?
Se dijo llamar Marilu, realmente igual y mintió.
Ni modo uncliente nuevo y perdido.
Igual y si ponen cámara, el servicio pueda ser mejor.
No pudieron sacar una mancha de una de mis camisas.
Very bad attitude when arriving for my clothes
I was attended by a tall white lady with light eyes, I told her that I couldn't find my receipt that she would look for me on the computer, she got furious and told me that it was the last time she would give me my shirts.
I told him the last and the first, because I'm not coming back.
He said that seemed perfect, that he didn't have to be handing in papers without the note
So what use is the computer?
She called herself Marilu, really the same, and she lied.
No way a new and lost client.
The same and if they put a camera, the service can be better.
They couldn't get a stain out of one of my shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in last week to pick up and it was before 6pm. They told my wife she needs to “read better” because it was too early.
This time we came in the day AFTER it was supposed to be done. Safe to say it wasn’t, and we gave them an extra day. Told us to come back later.
I would have been understanding if they weren’t so rude the last visit. I have been taking clothes there for a year, safe to say my business is gone here and I don’t suggest anyone takes their dry cleaning here.
