★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que le habia dado mas estrellas pero me percate de la señorita que trabaja ahi van mas de 2 veces que nos dice que no tiene agua y sin embargo estan sus lavadoras funcionando, así que me da la impresión que no nos quiere dar el servicio de autolavado. A una vecina mía le recibieron mucha ropa pero como no era autolavado se la aceptaron, la verdad que mal que no quieran brindarte el servicio si estas pagando!
 The truth is that it had given more stars but I noticed the lady who works there more than 2 times she tells us that she does not have water and yet her washing machines are working, so it gives me the impression that she does not want to give us the car wash service. They received a lot of clothes from a neighbor of mine, but since it was not a car wash, they accepted it, the truth is that they don't want to provide you with the service if you are paying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que con sólo llamar y escuchar la actitud deplorable y grosera con la que me trataron, no pensaría en ir nunca. Además me dicen que el auto servicio sólo funciona de 7am a 10pm. Esto no tiene sentido. Por qué funcionaría el auto servicio solamente 3hrs en un horario tan incómodo? Y por qué durarían 4 días en entregar un edredon? Me quedan más preguntas que respuestas.
The truth is that just by calling and hearing the deplorable and rude attitude with which they treated me, I would never think of going. They also tell me that the car service only works from 7am to 10pm. This makes no sense. Why would the self-service only work for 3 hours in such an uncomfortable schedule? And why would it take 4 days to deliver a quilt? I have more questions than answers.

Excellent service, they have internet service and some books to pass the time while I do my laundry myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not used there dry cleaning service, but there laundry service is top notch. Very clean and professional establishment.
They even have a little library with travel books about Mexico City and the Roma neighborhood that you can read while you wait. Nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not trust this laundry with my clothes. I arrived to pick up my laundry, and all of my clothes have been thrown into a bucket after they were in the dryer from the day before. Of course, they were extremely wrinkled. The women who work there started folding them in a very uncaring way, while I waited. You would think that a business specializing in laundry and dry cleaning would do a better job. And, that they would know better than to stuff clothes out of the dryer into a bucket to keep overnight. This is something a child would do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I receive my suit without any protection. My wife ask if it was possible to put a plastic over because we need to bring the suit home clean and they refuse. They was condescending and very unprofessional. I will make sure that all the people I know in Roma Norte will NEVER go there. They have such amazing people running competition company, I do not need to support unprofessional people with my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars after consistently good service. The last service included tailoring, repair and stain removal plus have utilized their dry cleaning service often. Everything comes back exactly as expected. Aside from the quality service, the staff is kind and attentive. I am a foreigner, non-fluent in Spanish and appreciative for their help ?
