3 ocasiones mis camisas a planchar y la última vez que recogí mis camisas, que ya estaban cerrando el local, las recibí y hasta el otro día me di cuenta que una camisa venía rota de la manga. Regresé días después y la encargada me dijo: Aquí no fué (clásico), seguro ya venía así. En muchos años jamás había recibido una camisa rota y de manera cínica y burlona me dijo que si quería hablar con la gerente, era ella misma, osea, no te vamos a responder.
Ojo, porque niegan cualquier falla que ellos tengan.
