The service is terrible, they gave me wet clothes after a week and they stole a jacket and two pants that is disrespectful, super bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren tarde estuve ahi desde 9:55 y abrieron hasta 10 :15 llegue tarde al trabajo por ese motivo tambien diicen que tenia el 20% de descuento en endredones y solo me hicieron el 10% engañan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tlatelolco aún conserva viejos negocios de lavandería y tintorería. No sé por qué se insiste en utilizar servicios de grandes empresas, y no se apoya los micronegocios que fomentan el desarrollo de nuestra microeconomía comunitaria.
Hace una semana llevé unos trajes a esta Pressto de la ex-Mega. Cuando pregunté el precio me quedé helado. $110 por traje, listos 3 días después porque, además, no los lavan ahí, sino en otra parte. No, no, no. Dentro de Tlatelolco hallé una tintorería local donde me cobraron 170 por 2 trajes más un pantalón. Todo estuvo para el día siguiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy en desagrado con su servicio, mande unicamente a planchar un vestido de noche nuevo y me parecio un poco elevado el costo pero lo pague ya q era nuevo.
Y al mandar a mi hija a recojerlo regresa con el en un simple gancho sin ninguna cobertura o bolsa de protección.
Ojala sea por regulación de plásticos, pero si fue olvido de su parte que mal plan.
Esto fue en la sucursal Cuernavaca.

Lleve un abrigo negro con pelusa blanca y me dijo que como iba a contaminar las máquinas, primero le quitará toda la pelusa y después lo llevará. ¿Qué no sé supone que por eso pagas el servicio de limpieza? ¿No limpian sus máquinas después de lavar cierta cantidad de ropa?
