★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues resulta q mi abuela saco un préstamo y les esta solicitando el importe total para liquidar y resulta q se están haciendo tontos para darnos esta información, nos dijeron q las oficinas centrales de Monterrey tienen q llamar al titular para confirmar y q ellos deben de enviar la información, solo nos traen a la vuelta. Parece q quieren q se siga pagando como plazo forzoso y la señorita q nos atiende es muy grosera y déspota hasta parece trabajadora de gobierno. No se me hace justo y ya estamos haciendo lo propio con la condusef
