Horrible trabajo
No vayan, me dejaron mis uñas de las manos súper feas y deformes las pedi cuadradas y no quisieron, me dieron la opción de semi cuadradas, pues tampoco porque me las dejaron todas cucharudas y súper súper deformes y para eso pagar $450 es demasiado, aparte que me lastimaron, pedí pedicure y gelish y pfff igual, me súper lastimaron los pies $500 pesos más. La verdad si uno paga precios elevados es de esperarse que hagan bien las cosas no puras cochinadas

Pero está vez el personal nada más paseándose sin apoyar al chico de abajo que hasta las 11 se dignaron a auudarlo, agendamos para un pedí y un maní a las 9 y solo se realizó el maní, para el cual fueron dos horas, ojo que solo era esmalte no tenían ningún diseño y jamás se habían tardado tanto iba sin esmaltado y para mí pedicure hasta las 11 pretendían pasarme, me espere por mi pareja aún así que perdida de tiempo.
Peor aún saben de sus deficiencias y no ofrecen una solución, a sus clientes en el momento solo los hacen perder el tiempo y ni el servicio agendado es realizado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asisto cada mes para corte y ya había experimentado situaciones incomodas pero esta ultima ocasión fue terrible!, me atendieron UNA HORA DESPUES DE MI CITA, nadie me decía nada del porque la tardanza. el corte que me hicieron super feo y mal hecho (tal vez la chica ya estaba muy cansada y/o no veía bien pues me sentaron en un lugar con poca iluminación no donde siempre trabajan, donde están los espejos redondos. Después de pagar, le hice la observación a la recepcionista sobre mi molestia por la larga espera y esta señorita ni siquiera me miraba a los ojos y de una forma muy prepotente solo me dijo "es que no tenemos peinadoras". Jamás escuche un "disculpe por el inconveniente". Hoy perdieron una clienta mas pues jamás pienso regresar al Pretsalón y además jamás lo recomendare con mis amistades y familiares, todo lo contrario.

They attended me ONE HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT, nobody told me anything about the delay. the haircut they gave me was super ugly and poorly done (perhaps the girl was already very tired and/or did not see well because they sat me in a place with poor lighting, not where they always work, where the round mirrors are. After paying, I I made the observation to the receptionist about my annoyance for the long wait and this lady did not even look me in the eye and in a very arrogant way she only told me "we do not have hairdressers". I never heard an "sorry for the inconvenience". Today they lost one more client because I never plan to return to the Pretsalon and I will never recommend it to my friends and family, quite the opposite.
