I love the place, it's calm and relaxed; It transports me to a U.S.A movie because of its mood like "Under the Same Star" or "Paper Towns"; their divorced eggs are spectacular and without hesitation I highly recommend their premium chocolate ☕✨

Breakfast menu with common options: eggs in different presentations, chilaquiles, enchiladas, etc. They have several options for sandwiches and bagels. Their coffee shop is good too — I tried a latte with two shots of coffee and very good. However, everything is ruined at checkout. They accept credit card, but transfer the commission to customers ??‍♂️. Being able to pay with a card is a differentiator when choosing a business, and they charge you for doing it. Really, it is something that only happens in and around Apan, and it is wrong, from the customer's point of view. ??‍♂️

I loved that everything was delivered on time, we were 9 people and even so they passed everything together, I hate when they bring us everything at the wrong time and we cannot eat as a family, some eat first and others later as the dishes arrive. Another detail is that the waiters are super friendly, from taking the order to passing us the dishes knowing which one was for each one, it bothers me when they don't know what belongs to whom, because they don't pay attention. The finished dishes were taken away from us, which I am grateful for because it shocks me to have a full table and they don't notice. So, congratulations to the servers, in general all the staff are very friendly and that is appreciated. It really is too cheap for me for the quality of their dishes. I was fascinated with the waffles and the apple roll, I really think that if I prepare it at home it will be more expensive? The delicious horchata latte, with pieces of walnut?? The Swiss enchiladas a little dry but taste very rich, very coarse, in general I loved that all the portions were super well served like that. The juices !! ??? That's what I mean when I order a large juice, just like that I imagine it and usually "big" is not enough, but here everything is very coarse, abundant and I insist, very economical. The place is quite cute, small but cozy, I really liked it. I am infinitely grateful for the attention, I am very critical in terms of the attention, but they left me without any complaint, I am not wrong in saying that you can give good service, good food, excellent price and attention.
