It is the first time I go and I can say that the service is 100. Really. Super professionals, very attentive and friendly. Although they have other services, I only did mani + pedi spa + gel and the experience was incredible. Regarding the care for Covid-19, it is mandatory to wear a mask all the time, you arrive and outside they sanitize you and you can go through, the waiting room is very beautiful and really the prices are also incredible. It is totally worth it.

Good facilities and with a lot of organization, the girls that attend are pleasant. The service seemed nice to me, although compared to another one it is less, in terms of the care of the finger, the cutiluca and the arrangement of the shape of the nail. The service is good, if you already have a perfect manicure.

Everything was going well, until when I paid, they overcharged me, arguing that they were different services, when at first I clearly said what I wanted, it's not worth it! And when they made them see their mistake, they said that since they had changed people at the reception, terrible!!!!

Bad attention and the manicurists still seem like beginners. (Bad designs) and they make you in parts. When you order acrylic nails, they don't provide full manicure, you have to pay extra for manicure.

I will start by saying that for your health do not go to this place. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and sent photos of the design I wanted on the nails, the day of the appointment arrived and 15 minutes before I was informed that the only person capable of doing a 3D flower design had not come to work so that they could make me the design but drawn, I asked if it would be like what I want and they told me yes but drawn, so I agreed. I got to my appointment and the treatment of the receptionist from there was a red flag but I ignored it because I was getting married that weekend and I wanted my nails to be done. They took me to where they would do my nails and it caught my attention and to do the pedicure 3 different people intervened in the process of washing, filing and painting, the same for the fingernails, another red flag that I ignored. From there they made me the acrylic base for my fingernails, they put a paint base on me which was of very poor quality, I should have run away at that moment, and then they proceeded to "try" to make the design, at this point I was already afflicted and seeing that the design did not come out I decided to withdraw, to top it off it should be clarified that when I left, they already knew what the problem was, I did not ask for a discount, refund or refused to pay, I asked for my bill and I took out my card to pay for a disastrous service that hadn't even been finished but what I wanted was to leave, but the disastrous receptionist starts to reproach me that it was my fault for having high expectations of the design when they had told me that it would not be in 3D but drawn, but I told her that if she knew that they couldn't do the design for me, it wouldn't have been clear to me (several girls tried to do the design and none of them could draw a simple flower, her solution was to put a sticker on me that I didn't like) p or so I told him to shut up, charge me and they would never see me for that horrible place again. And to be honest I didn't want to do this review but their lack of ethics and professionalism resulted in a fungus on my nail, which I can't leave. Please ladies, there are better options in town DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I really liked how they left my nails and the girl who did them for me was very attentive in everything. If you ask them for a design they have the exact colors, but the cost in relation to the service I requested does not fully convince me, in everything else perfect the satisfaction of seeing my beautiful nails is worth it

Very BAD experience, at first they did not respect the time of the appointment and they asked me to pay before ? I had long nails to fix them, I filed them so badly (I took a piece of the nail) that in the end they cut them very small. ACCORDING TO THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REFUND THE MONEY? Terrible attention and they did not return my money :(

The first bath and in less than 24 hours of application, the gel is already falling off. Total disappointment. In case the application had already been very messy and now this. ??????
