Obligan a las personas ir hasta sus mendigas oficinas para que le digan que vuelva a venir después, habemos personas que vivimos bastante retirado de sus oficinas y que no tenemos tiempo de ir, pero tenemos que estar pidiendo permiso en nuestro trabajo para solo ir a encabronarte porque lo que te dicen en oficinas te lo pudiernon decir por teléfono y no hacerte perder dinero y tiempo a lo pendejo. Terrible service in customer service nobody answers the calls, I mark at all hours, they pass it by transferring me and they never answer me, they give me no solution, so that scrubbed they share their numbers if they are never going to answer them. They force people to go to their beggars offices to be told to come back later, we have people who live quite removed from their offices and we do not have time to go, but we have to be asking permission in our work to just go to piss you off because what they tell you in offices could tell you on the phone and not make you waste money and time to fool.
