★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Haces la compra en persona, pero cualquier cambio debes hacerlo por teléfono m el cual dicen que atienen 24/7 y es falso. Llevo tres días intentando llamar para cambiar un vuelo y he estado en linea esperando por más de una hora y nada que atienden. Es mejor comprar directo en la página de la aerolínea u hotely buscar uno mismo sus paquetes y ofertas.
Terrible service. You make the purchase in person, but any change must be done by phone, which they say they attend 24/7 and is false. I have been three days trying to call to change a flight and I have been in line waiting for more than an hour and nothing is answered. It is better to buy directly on the page of the airline or hotel and look for their packages and offers yourself.
