R	Ricardo Nandayapa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un viacrucis poder cambiar mis fechas por contingencia me tuvieron en telefono más de cuatro horas al teléfono, una vez llegada la fecha me presentó al hotel en horario y fecha y estaba cerrado y pricetravel no me notificó y otras 2 horas al teléfono para que pudieran contestarme y limitarse solo a cancelarme ese hotel y dejarme a la deriva en destino con mi familia (mi esposa y mis dos niños), y la devolución de mi dinero será en 30 y 60 días aprox, muy mala experiencia con esta agencia me cambiaré a otra.... M	Mariana Rincón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de transporte, de verdad busquen otra empresa, pague el traslado aeropuerto-hotel y hotel-aeropuerto, al llegar a Cancún estuvimos esperando casi 2 horas la camioneta, y pues como iba con niños y no llegaban tuve que tomar un taxi del aeropuerto, al solicitar el reembolso de mi traslado me pidieron el ticket del taxi que tome y pues obvio no lo tenía ya que no me dieron, pague doble por su incompetencia y del reembolso nada, ya que ellos argumentaron que si tome el servicio, en fin, jamás volveré a contratar con ellos. Nuestra reservación no procedió y jamás nos notificaron, solo nos dimos cuenta porque llamamos para afinar unos detalles, al darnos cuenta de que no teníamos vuelos, jamás ofrecieron una disculpa o ayuda para resolver la situación, solo nos colgaron el teléfono. I was initially skeptical because of the price difference, but the check-in and entire experience was super smooth and successful without any problems. I would highly recommend using this website if you are willing to do the very small effort of translating the website if you are a foreign traveller, because the rate for some Cancun hotels have a much more discounted price.
