★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los procesos de la inmobiliaria son defectuosos y hechos sin cuidado alguno, no he encontrado uno con sin degectos. No respetan lo que dice ni en sus contratos, ni en su publicidad y terminan haciendo lo que quieren con las patas.
 All processes of the real estate are defective and made without any care, I have not found one with no degectos. They do not respect what they say, neither in their contracts nor in their advertising and they end up doing what they want with their legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que estamos entrando a nuevos tiempos dónde están haciendo muchos edificios que es bueno para que la gente viva dentro de la ciudad pero lo malo es que el gobierno no hace mejorías en sus redes, viales por el impacto de tantos autos que va ver en la zona provocando congestionamiento vial, y el problema del agua
I understand that we are entering new times where many buildings are being made that it is good for people to live within the city but the bad thing is that the government does not make improvements in its networks, roads because of the impact of so many cars that it will see in the city. area causing road congestion, and the water problem

Nice would be nice if they gave a better image to the buildings with hanging plants and they look like the famous hanging gardens of Babylon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son departamentos chiquitos, con una mala administración y con inquilinos abusivos como el chino con carpintería en el departamento. Puede que haya departamentos más grandes, no me tocó ver uno de esos. Es un mal lugar en cual vivir, o, un buen lugar para vivir por urgencia.
They are small apartments, with poor management and abusive tenants like the Chinese with carpentry in the apartment. There may be bigger departments, I didn't get to see one of those. It is a bad place to live, or a good place to live out of urgency.

They are very beautiful, spacious and safe apartments, apart from having impressive views, they have an elevator and that facilitates access in a wheelchair
