b	brenda aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineptitud, gente pedante que cree que te está haciendo un favor.. vengo por que minhijo tiene 5 meses y aun no puedo registrar, encuentro a una pareja con un bebe en brazos con cita y tiene 40 minutos esperando atencion más de 10 personas esperando alguna atención o respuesta y no se encuentra ninguna... personas pidiendo permiso en sus trabajos para realizar tramites y horas esperando.. Ineptitude, pedantic people who think they are doing you a favor .. D	DO IT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte de las empleadas, muy groseras con las personas que piden información o van a realizar un tramite, esto es todo el tiempo, piden documentación de mala manera, usan tonos de voz muy fuerte y te quieren minimizar. Cuando estas hablando a las oficinas por telefono, no contestan y cuando te diriges a las Oficinas de registro civil en persona FATAL EL SERVICIO, otra es que hay 2 personas mayores trabajando ahí, parece que son de limpieza los mandan a dejar información a las personas que estan eaperando afuera y los tratan muy mal, los tienen todos asustados luego, luego se les ve a los señores; Para terminar adentro en las oficinas a los empleados que le pagas un tramite también no manejan un buen servicio al publico ya que te tratan mal y te hablan como si no supieras hacer las cosas. Considero que les falta muchisímo conocimiento para estar trabajando ahí de como tratar a las personas. Siempre se sabe que el respeto ante todo. Registro Civil de la Modelo...Llegamos solicitamos información y se le nota a la mujer te atienden de mala gana... le pedí un acta de nacimiento y si me la trajo que por cierto ni la feria me regresó. De suerte que le di 100 pesos.. Tenia que sacar mas actas pero no traia efectivo.. Fuí al cajero y me regresé porque ocupaba 5 actas mas .. Cuando llegamos hacemos cola de nuevo.. Cuando llega mi turno me dice que la espere que va atender al que esta detras sin preguntar nada! en eso se mete y la muchacha que esta detras de nosotros se nos quedó viendo con pena. Regreaa la mujer y le comentamos que hicimos cola de nuevo y se quedo callada.... Pues no le quedó de otra mas que atendernos. Cuando le digo que son 5 actas me dice anótalas y en eso me hermana le dice aqui las tengo anotadas y se enfureció diciéndole a mi hermana "No me.grites" cuando nomas mi hermana queria ayudar la verdad me sorprendió porque nomas queriamos enseñarle la hoja. Le tuve que decir a mi hermana.que yo lo iba a ver con ella.. Porque la Señora estaba muy delicada me sacó 2 mas porque no encontró Las demás y me la aplicó igual nomas que ahora me dijo que me iba a quedar a deber 2 pesos...La verdad no es nada pero si asi no le entrega la feria a nadie!! Si no les gusta su trabajo no atiendan al Público yo se que estamos en Pandemia y es difícil estar en contacto con la gente.. Pero es padre poder ayudar a las personas y mas si uno no sabe y desconoce los trámites... Pero esa Señora! no lo ve asi de plano!! tanta gente que quiere trabajar y tienen buena actitud. La información incompleta y para sumarle con una actitud muy prepotente y pedante al contestar; dejamos pasar eso y seguimos con las consultas. Cuando ya confirmamos que ibamos a comenzar el trámite (boda civíl) al preguntar si podiamos pasar la respuesta fue "NO" de manera grosera sin siquiera dar una explicación del porque, se metió a disque traernos un papel (nunca especificó que papel o para qué) y nos dejó esperando aún en la banqueta, decidimos irnos y no volveremos ahi nunca para ningún trámite. Tanta gente con ganas y necesidad de trabajar, en fin, las palancas.
