★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima atención, pido informes para contratar un seguro y me dicen que si cuentan con ese seguro que quiero pero que no me pueden dar información, que busque a un agente en mi ciudad... solicito entonces algún número de un agente en mi ciudad y me dicen que no los tienen por que son independientes, que busque en google a ver si tengo suerte por ahí ... jaja sí así son para vender no me imagino en algún siniestro... MAL TODO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé atrevan a contratar estas ratas,cuando llega el ajustador después de tres horas lo primero que hace es pedirte que pal refresco y como son estafadores jamás se meterán en problemas con una agencia de seguros bien establecida.
I don't know dare to hire these rats, when the adjuster arrives after three hours the first thing he does is ask you for a drink and since they are scammers they will never get into trouble with a well-established insurance agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio del asco nunca te atienden ,el ajustador llega dos horas después del siniestro ,te Llevan a tránsito y ahí el disque licenciado al que le asignan tu caso no hace nada ya que piden póliza certificada para que tú vehículo no quede en garantía con el corralón y no la presenta hasta tres días después obligandote a pagar porque no se hacen responsables,aún cuando cumples con todo lo que te solicitan , dicen que te reembolsan y no es cierto cómo nadie en esa aseguradora da una atención y solución me iré directo a la comisión nacional de seguros y fianzas... recomiendo que todos pongamos en esta instancia nuestra queja...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas ratas arquerosas, jamas te indemnizan lo acordado aun y cuando se cumple al pie de la letra con los documentos y los requisitos, una vez que te cansan, te dicen que TE HACEN EL FAVOR de indemnizar una miserable parte de lo que te corresponde, Jamas contraten a esta empresa que esta llena de ladrones ! Desde los directivos hasta el dizque servicio al cliente.

mi carro lleva DOS MESES y todavía no me lo pueden entregar y les marque el día de hoy 29 de abrir a la 16:30 comunicándome con Mónica Alcántar y me dice que ya no me pueden atender hasta el lunes por qué salen a las 17 horas que ya sería hasta el lunes
así de nefasto el servicio nada recomendable es un dolor de cabeza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente Kavak me dio este seguro al sacar mi carro, hoy lo tuve que usar por primera vez y el servicio fue PÉSIMO.
El ajustador tardo 140min en llegar, cuando llego ni siquiera intento buscar mi beneficio, ya que NO TIENEN SUS PROPIOS AJUSTADORES, tienen contratado un despacho externo, el cual su servicio es nefasto.
Evítenlo!
Unfortunately Kavak gave me this insurance when I got my car, today I had to use it for the first time and the service was AWFUL.
The adjuster took 140 minutes to arrive, when I arrive I don't even try to find my benefit, since THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN ADJUSTERS, they have hired an external office, whose service is disastrous.
