★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay cosas lindas para ceremonias, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho que desear, empezando porque sus políticas de cambios y devoluciones son cerradas al punto de la intransigencia. Las señoritas que atienden te ponen cara después de dos o tres preguntas relacionadas con la mercancía o si llegas cerca de la hora de cierre. Los precios están por encima de la media, lo cual es entendible al ser en gran medida la mercancía importada, pero por lo mismo me parece que tienen bastante que mejorar en cuanto a atención al cliente.
There are beautiful things for ceremonies, however the service leaves much to be desired, starting because its exchange and return policies are closed to the point of intransigence. The ladies who attend put you face after two or three questions related to the merchandise or if you arrive near the closing time. The prices are above average, which is understandable to be largely imported merchandise, but for the same reason it seems to me that they have a lot to improve in terms of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia!!! El trato q tienen deja mucho q desear!!! Cambios olvidenloooo así que piensen 2 veces antes de comprar ahí xq no hay cambios ni devoluciones!!! Y de verdad la ropa es increíble pero la atención y servicio no es la adecuada
Horrible experience !!! The treatment they have leaves much to be desired !!! Forget changes so think twice before buying there because there are no changes or refunds !!! And really the clothes are incredible but the attention and service is not adequate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que desagradable la atención, la señora siempre haciendo mala cara y como si no pudieramos pagar los vestidos. No dejaba que ni los tocarlos. Compramos por que a la ñiña le encantó el vestido y se sentía princesa, de otro modo no hubiera comprado nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. The clothes look beautiful, but they have no confidence in their product. My mother-in-law bought a baptism outfit for my son (along with all the accessories-- special blanket, shoes, socks, etc) on Saturday. Then we returned the following business day to make an exchange of one of the two outfits (not even a return, just an exchange) and we were told that the rule was no -- despite all tags still on items, we had the receipt, and it had been one business day. The lack of customer service was very surprising.
