Was good except for check in and check out staff were extremely rude not sure why they’re in customer service I think my expectations or maybe just a bit too high did it but we wouldn’t do it again

Spent a week here with my wife. Had a great time. Food, staff and facility is top notch. Would love to come back again some day.

My family and I stayed at the family club resort, it was a nice resort to stay at but definitely not up to par with others we’ve gone to. The photos of the rooms are very misleading, we booked with this resort in particular because we wanted a swim out room. The rooms in the photos are different than the rooms we stayed in, the beds were very uncomfortable as well, and the swim out pool was mildly disappointing because you could only use it for the first part of the morning before the sun went behind the building and it was shaded and cold. When we went there was 3 of the 4 buffets were open, but all the buffets served the same food so there was very little variety. Food was good but it would have been nice to have some choices for breakfast and lunch. We went to all 5 of the al a cartes, only the “fancy” (I forget the name - starts with a v) one was good, food wise and service wise. Other than that I was very disappointed with the food and service. Most bars had long lines, the front desk was very slow. I am not sure if it was Covid related but the entire resort felt extremely understaffed. It seemed like the only time staff would come up to you would be to try and sell you a spa service or to rebook with the resort. On the family side there was a lovely ice cream place and the kids buffet (same food) was nice to eat at. The rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked, so housekeeping was great. It was a beautiful maintained beach probably one of the best beaches we’ve been to, but there definitely seem to be a shortage of beach chairs Overall, it was a good vacation, we had a lot of fun- but compared to other resorts Weber stayed at in Mexico it wasn’t up to our “standards” Again- perhaps this was Covid related but service was really bad in general.

Beautiful resort with worst food ever, place itself is paradise but the food quality taint the whole reputation of the resort, if you coming for food , you will be disappointed, the staff is friendly Bars are great, they need to Invest in good chef urgently, I am still staying in the resort for authenticity of my review

Overall great resort for families (we stayed on the family side of the resort) the resort is very large and alot of walking but very beautiful and clean. The beach had alot of sea weed. Like alot! It was hard to find food when it wasn't a specific meal time, like in between breakfast and lunch so that's my only complaint.

I stayed between Mar 10-17, 2022. Large, clean resort. Because of COVID, room service was very slow. Took 7hrs to receive pillows. Service in restaurant's and buffets were great. Must wear masks and temperature is taken before entering restaurants and buffets. I will definitely will return.
