★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es muy buena, te hacen sentir que vas a pedir un favor, y el tiempo de espera según dice que es de 30 minutos y a aveces es de poco más de una hora, todos los trámites tardan mínimo 5 días para validar, y si están mal tienes que hacer otra cita (la más cercana siempre es 3 días después) y esperar otros 5 días para continuar con el proceso.
 The service is not very good, they make you feel that you are going to ask a favor, and the waiting time, according to it says, is 30 minutes and sometimes it is just over an hour, all the procedures take at least 5 days to validate, and If they are wrong, you have to make another appointment (the closest is always 3 days later) and wait another 5 days to continue with the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca contestan pesimo servicio y aun asi con los miles de comentarios negativos que resiven no mejoran el servicio como si tubieran tanto trabajo que ahi que aser citas bola de corructos y manipuladores,claro ya me cambie de afore.
They never answer, terrible service and even so with the thousands of negative comments that they receive, they do not improve the service as if they had so much work that there they have to make appointments with a bunch of corrupt and manipulative people, of course I already changed my afore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio he acudido 4 veces a corregir mi CURP desde el 2019 y NO puede quedar el tramite, cada vez vuelve a llegar mi estado de cuenta con la CURP errónea y nunca contestan... o dejan el teléfono descolgado... no se como no supervisan el trabajo ... no le daría ni una estrella pero no me dejaba poner comentarios... por su ineptitud llevo tres años atrasando mi tramite de INFONAVIT.
