Ejemplo:
A mí me dijeron que tenía mal un dato en mi INE. Cuando fui al INE a realizar el cambio el dato estaba bien.
Estamos pensando en poner una demanda.
Very bad service, in order to extend the process they invent problems for you.
Example:
They told me that I had a wrong data in my INE. When I went to the INE to make the change, the data was fine.
We are thinking of filing a lawsuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, es la unica oficina y como tal es muy concurrida, solo hay dos personas atendiendo y el trámite que vengas a hacer, aunque sea sencillo tardara horas de espera. No importa si pones cita. Cuando llegues el guardia te dará un turno, y esperas igual que todos los pobres mortales que no pusieron cita. Pésimo servicio. No le doy 0 estrellas por que no se puede.
Very poor service, is the only office and as such is very busy, there are only two people attending and the process you come to do, even simple IT TAKE hours standby. No matter if you put quotes. When you arrive the guard will give you a turn, and you wait like all the poor mortals who did not set an appointment. Terrible service. I do not give 0 stars that can not.

They changed and there is no announcement in the previous location, never in months they answered a phone that they give on the page and they never updated the new address, they are in the Bob kino in front of the GRAN KINO shopping plaza, a 2-story building, top floor. *4624
