★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de Afore Principal no esta capacitado para prestar los servicios que ofrecen y peor aún, desde mi punto de vista es un personal mal seleccionado ya que no tiene actitud de servicio.
The Afore Principal staff is not trained to provide the services they offer and even worse, from my point of view they are poorly selected staff since they do not have a service attitude.

y resulta que ya no están ahí, y no hay nadie que informe, mucho menos he recibido una notificación del cambio de dirección. Pésimo servicio

Recuerden que el personal no es responsable de que las citas sean solo por internet, si batallas mucho pues cambiate de afore, por qué las citas se quedarán solo por internet un buen rato más.
Yo agradezco a las señoritas que me atendieron, todo en tiempo y forma y con mucha amabilidad y paciencia.
In this branch the attention of the ladies is Excellent.
Remember that the staff is not responsible for the appointments being only online, if you struggle a lot then change your afore, why will the appointments stay only online for a while longer.
I thank the ladies who attended me, all in a timely manner and with great kindness and patience.

Terrible service, I have had my Afore since 1998 with them and now that I request a procedure, they behaved very despotic. I am going to change to another Afore, there is no point in continuing with them
