★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una mala experiencia con principal Afore pues necesito un asesor personalizado o vía telefónica y ponen su grabación y nunca salen de eso además alegan que por la pandemia , pero vía telefónica no se contagia nada y nunca contestan yo creo me cambio a otra Afore junto con 15 compañeros de mi empresa
 It is a bad experience with the main Afore because I need a personalized advisor or by phone and they put their recording and they never get out of that, they also claim that because of the pandemic, but nothing is contagious by phone and they never answer I think I change to another Afore together with 15 colleagues from my company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de la empresa en general , Call center lento y no coincide lo que te dicen en el a lo que te dicen en persona los asesores, no contestan los correos, no contestan los msn, no contestan en la sucursal su número telefónico es el 222375416. Denuncien ante la CONSAR.
Very poor service by the company in general, slow call center and what they tell you in the office does not match what the advisers tell you in person, they do not answer the emails, they do not answer the msn, they do not answer their number at the branch Telephone number is 222375416. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable y pese a la pandemia los resultados son bastante aceptables en cuanto a tiempo, aunque sea desesperante el tiempo que pasa, para la atención telefónica de un ejecutivo, me imagino son pocos por la situación.
The staff is very friendly and despite the pandemic the results are quite acceptable in terms of time, although the time that passes is exasperating, for the telephone attention of an executive, I imagine they are few due to the situation.

They take too long even with an appointment, wait even more than 1 hour still with the appointment, several of us were in the same situation, we were all very desperate and only one lady attends.
