★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un problema con esta Afore desde hace más de 8 años y gracias a esto no he podido tramitar crédito de Infonavit y cuando estuve desempleada tampoco pude hacer uso de ese beneficio. Es fecha al día de hoy que no me dan solución. Cada vez que voy me piden un trámite nuevo. Es frustrante depender de instituciones como estas, faltas de responsabilidad y sobre todo de interés por sus clientes. Recurrí a Condusef y según ellos arreglaron el problema pero no fue así. Si quieren que su dinero este seguro, busquen otra Afore porque aquí nada es seguro.
I have had a problem with this Afore for more than 8 years and thanks to this I have not been able to process Infonavit credit and when I was unemployed I could not make use of that benefit either. It is today's date that does not give me a solution. Every time I go they ask me for a new procedure. It is frustrating to depend on institutions like these, lacking responsibility and especially interest in their customers. I turned to Condusef and they said they fixed the problem but it didn't happen. If you want your money to be safe, look for another Afore because nothing here is safe.
