Cuando actualices tus datos por haber realizado el tramite de Reconocimiento de Identidad de Género, ademas de todos tus documentos, debes traer la certificación del imss que indica que tus datos ya fueron corregidos. Me hicieron valido el documento en pdf porque olvidé el original.

When you update your data for having completed the Gender Identity Recognition process, in addition to all your documents, you must bring the IMSS certification indicating that your data has already been corrected. They made me validate the pdf document because I forgot the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en Afore Principal suc 538 de Insurgentes, me presente previa cita a las 13:30 hrs, a realizar un trámite, son las 4:25 p.m. y no he sido atendido, de 19 ventanillas, solo hay 4 que están atendiendo, lo peor del caso es que dicen que no hay un responsable que de la cara, por el pésimo servicio y retraso en la atención a los presentes. Es increíble que uno tenga que esperar 3:00 y no sea atendido. Espero esto lo pueda leer algún responsable de esta sucursal y tome cartas en el asunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ase 2 años que dejó de llegarme mi estado de cuenta me comunique vía telefónica y en línea pero asesores no me resolvieron nada solamente que mis datos estaban mal y cita dentro de 1 mes, fue más cencillo cambiarme de afore principal a sura ,y asesor fue hasta mi empresa en 1/2 hora quedó el trámite.
It's been 2 years since I stopped receiving my account statement, I communicated by phone and online but advisers did not solve anything for me, only that my data was wrong and appointment within 1 month, it was easier to change from main Afore to sura, and adviser was even my company in 1/2 hour was the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tanto via telefónica como personal, cuentan con 19 módulos de atención de los cuales solo 9 operan a duras penas se pasa un filtro y sino llevas turno te hacen esperar en promedio una hora porque no hay un sistema como tal para tal situación, perdida de tiempo total en vano mis más de 15 años en esa aforé que me decepcionó si fuera una estrella menos se la daría

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio del asco. En sucursal insurgentes, recepcionistas con trato áspero, tenia cita a las 2 pm y me atrndieron hasta las 3:30, me atendió la Sra. Claudia con actitud super grosera y déspota. El trámite que realice no ha sido atendido en tiempo y forma, ya lleva una semana de atraso y con el mismo estatus "en proceso". Solicite hablar con la gerente y despues de 40 minutos se digno a atenderme, sólo para informarme que "valorará mi proceso", proceso sin solución hasta el día de hoy. En estos momentos mi saldo de mi afore bajo 10 mil pesos según ellos que se debe a una "minusvalía". Muy arrepentida de haberme cambiado a esta afore. Recomiendo ampliamente PROFUTURO.

Right now my Afore balance is down 10,000 pesos, according to them, due to a "handicap." Very sorry I switched to this afore. I highly recommend PROFUTURO.
