★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero que alguién lea esto, yo me pensioné con Principal y durante 20 años, jamás tuve una queja en su desempeño, puntualidad y atención y de pronto resulta que Banorte se va a ocupar de manejar mi pensión. Ni siquiera me preguntaron si quería cambiarme a Banorte. No pensaron en por qué no me pensioné con ellos ? Banorte no me deposita a tiempo mi pensión y ahora ni mi aguinaldo. Qué pasó, por qué ese cambio ?
I hope someone reads this, I retired with Principal and for 20 years, I never had a complaint about his performance, punctuality and attention and suddenly it turns out that Banorte is going to take care of managing my pension. They didn't even ask me if I wanted to change to Banorte. They didn't think about why I didn't retire with them? Banorte does not deposit my pension on time and now nor my bonus. What happened, why that change?
