 Terrible service. They could not cut my copies until the next day with the machine to cut on one side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buen negocio, los precios muy considerados, excelente atencion, buenas sugerencias.....pero si no tienen algun material, Opalina, Tabloide etc. Pongan un letrero, esta uno haciendo fila de. 7 uo hasta 10 personaa y llega uno pide y Zaaaas No HAY ESE MATERIAL.
It is a very good business, very considerate prices, excellent attention, good suggestions ..... but if they do not have any material, Opaline, Tabloid etc. Put up a sign, this one is lining up. 7 or up to 10 people and one arrives and Zaaaas there is NO THAT MATERIAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite un trabajo el jueves 24-09-29, me lo prometieron para el día 25-09-20 a las 19:00 hrs, paso por el trabajo hasta el día 27 alrededor de las 15:30, el trabajo aun no estaba listo, y ni siquiera tenían el archivo original para imprimirlo. Solicite la devolucion de mi dinero, PAGADO POR ANTICIPADO Y me marche muy molesto sin mi trabajo y solo con "Uds Disculpe"...!!
I applied for a job on Thursday 09-24-29, they promised me for the day 09-25-20 at 7:00 p.m., I stop by the job until the 27th around 3:30 p.m., the job was not ready yet , and they didn't even have the original file to print. Request a refund of my money, PAID IN ADVANCE and I left very upset without my job and only with "You Excuse me" ... !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal! Regular servicio. 3 veces equivocada la impresión, 2 veces equivocado el laminado de 2 tabloides (se pegaron las impresiones) que era TODO (el mismo archivo) el trabajo. Empleado no capacitado, no entregado trabajo correcto y encima pagarlo. Suplico capaciten a sus empleados en Preprensa, producción y servicio al cliente. Más cuando tienen el trato directo con el cliente. ????? Desde el 2013 recuerdo es la misma deficiencia.
Fatal! Regular service. 3 times wrong the printing, 2 times wrong the laminate of 2 tabloids (the prints were pasted) which was ALL (the same file) the job. Employee not trained, not delivered correct work and on top of paying it. I beg you to train your employees in prepress, production and customer service. More when they have direct contact with the client. ????? Since 2013, I remember the same deficiency.
