★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy completa en sus servicios aunque falta actualizarse por ejemplo en la versión del corel que es el programa que yo utilizo, no pude imprimir por que tenían versión pasada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue desagradable en este lugar. La impresión de un tabloide de stickers que fui a sacar salio con rayas azules ya que los rodillos de la maquina no funcionan bien. Esto ya me habia pasado una vez anterior pero quise darle otra oportunidad al establecimiento. Tambien hubo un tiempo de espera muy largo y poca organización al dar turnos. El staff fue amable pero los aspectos tecnicos y de función me dejaron insatisfecha. Espero y puedan mejorar la calidad de las impresiones para que no haya errores como ya me sucedió a mi en 2 ocasiones.
My experience was unpleasant in this place. The impression of a tabloid of stickers that I went to get came out with blue stripes since the rollers of the machine do not work well. This had happened to me once before but I wanted to give the establishment another chance. There was also a very long waiting time and little organization when taking turns. The staff was friendly but the technical and functional aspects left me unsatisfied. I hope and can improve the quality of the prints so that there are no errors as it happened to me twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y tiempos de entrega. Me gusta que puedes enviar los archivos pagar por depósito o transferencia y luego pasar a recoger lo pedido. Solo recomiendo confirmar cada paso desde recibiros del correo hasta la confirmación del depósito vía telefónica ya que aveces están muy ocupados.
Excellent service and delivery times. I like that you can send the files to pay for deposit or transfer and then pick up the order. I only recommend confirming each step from receiving the email to confirming the deposit by phone since sometimes they are very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imprimí unas tarjetas de presentación, la impresión de baja calidad, el papel utilizado también, el corte, mi hija de 9 años lo hubiera hecho mejor con unas tijeras. No sé el resto de sus productos, pero para hacer tarjetas de presentación no es recomendable el lugar.
I printed some business cards, the low quality print, the paper used too, the cut, my 9 year old daughter would have done better with scissors. I do not know the rest of their products, but to make business cards the place is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido mi imprenta de cabecera por un par de años y no había tenido inconvenientes, pero últimamente su servicio ha decaído considerablemente desde atención al cliente por su tardanza, organización y trabajos mal elaborados a pesar que mandas los correos con las peticiones especificas. Deje de asistir cuando el colmo fue que pedí dos lonas, solo me entregaron una que no estaba como la pedí con las líneas horizontales, las entregaron verticales mostrando el correo como prueba de pedido, la otra lona nunca me la entregaron y me tenían vuelta y vuelta hasta la fecha.
It has been my main printing company for a couple of years and I had not had any problems, but lately its service has declined considerably from customer service due to its delay, organization and poorly prepared work despite sending emails with specific requests. I stopped attending when the last straw was that I asked for two banners, they only gave me one that was not as I requested it with the horizontal lines, they delivered them vertically showing the mail as proof of order, the other banner was never delivered to me and they had me back and back to date.
