★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio de impresión me cobraron y me entregaron los volantes de un color diferente al que los mandé imprimir y su excusa que acomodaron otra impresión de volantes totalmente diferente a la mía, y por eso salieron de otro color pero aún así me cobraron los volantes y me entregaron lo que quisieron primera y última vez pésimo servicio
terrible printing service they charged me and gave me the flyers of a different color than the one I had them printed and their excuse that they accommodated another flyer printing totally different from mine, and that's why they came out of another color but they still charged me for the flyers and they gave me what they wanted first and last time terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a sacar unas copias de un archivo, me tuvieron esperando todo el rato, después el que me atendió no supo cómo hacer las copias y el costo a lo que le paso el trabajo a otra persona , la cual me dijo que lo que le pedía tenía cobro extra por el “ armado” a lo cual le dije que algo sencillo no tenía por qué tener ese cobro. Total que le dije que cuanto me iba a cobrar y después de darme el costo me dijeron que me tenía que esperar a que el muchacho regresara de comer aún cuando ahí estaba la persona. Falta de profesionalismo y atención . Ya había venido a hacer varios trabajos aquí como cliente regular. Pésima atención, falta de valoración hacia el cliente , poco recomendable.
I came to make copies of a file, they kept me waiting all the time, then the one who attended me did not know how to make the copies and the cost at which I passed the work to another person, who told me what I was asking I had an extra charge for the "assembly" to which I told him that something simple did not have to have that charge. Total I told him how much he was going to charge me and after giving me the cost they told me that I had to wait for the boy to come back from eating even when the person was there. Lack of professionalism and attention. He had already come to do various jobs here as a regular customer. Terrible attention, lack of appreciation towards the client, not recommended.
