★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y mala atención al cliente, realice un pedido un jueves me dicen que lo tiene listo de en 3 días hábiles, mando whatsapp un miércoles y solo ven los mensajes, marco al lugar y me dicen que el pedido no está listo porque su proveedor de corte no los tiene listos pero que ya se encuentran solucionado el detalle y que me los entregan al día siguiente (jueves) que ellos se comunican conmigo, a las 5:50 pm del jueves les marco porque ellos cierran a las 6:30 pm ya que en todo el día no le dan seguimiento a mi pedido y me salen con lo mismo, que el proveedor aún no les entrega el pedido, acudí al lugar a qué me regresaran el dinero ya que los volantes los ocupaba para un módulo informativo que solo era jueves y viernes y por su mal servicio quede mal, deberían de capacitar un poco a su personal para que sepan con manejar este tipo de situaciones ya que tienen muy mala atención al cliente porque te dejan esperando minutos al teléfono, no contestan whatsapp y no son capaces de pedir una disculpa por la falla.
Terrible service and bad customer service, I place an order on a Thursday they tell me that they have it ready in 3 business days, I send whatsapp on a Wednesday and they only see the messages, I dial the place and they tell me that the order is not ready because their provider court does not have them ready but that the detail is already solved and that they deliver them to me the next day (Thursday) that they contact me, at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday I mark them because they close at 6:30 p.m. since all day they don't follow up on my order and they leave me with the same thing, that the supplier still hasn't delivered the order, I went to the place to get my money back since the flyers were used for an information module that It was only Thursday and Friday and because of their bad service it looks bad, they should train their staff a little so that they know how to handle this type of situation since they have very bad customer service because they leave you waiting for minutes on the phone, they do not answer whatsapp and they are not able to apologize for the mistake.
