★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Printero es un negocio como muchos que no se salvan de tener detalles o problemas, pero en lo personal siempre han tratado de resolverme en tiempo y forma. Ningún empresa es perfecta pero ellos siguen trabajando, en calidad jamás eh tenido problemas, todo queda como debería quedar.
 Printero is a business like many that are not spared from having details or problems, but personally they have always tried to solve me in a timely manner. No company is perfect but they keep working, in quality I have never had problems, everything remains as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que hago un pedido en Printero, pedí unos volantes y llegaron dentro del tiempo acordado, de muy buena calidad y un buen precio. Mis dudas las resolvieron de manera inmediata y la atención al cliente es excelente y cordial. Definitivamente volveré a comprar. Los recomiendo totalmente.
This is the first time I have placed an order in Printero, I ordered some flyers and they arrived within the agreed time, of very good quality and a good price. My doubts were solved immediately and the customer service is excellent and friendly. I will definitely buy again. I totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se porque tiene opiniones malas :S llevo varios años haciendo impresos en Printero y nunca he tenido problemas, manejan precios accesibles, materiales de buena calidad y diversas opciones para papelería, gran formato y promocionales. En su página siempre hay quien atienda el chat y te resuelven todas tus dudas. Solo que siempre olvidan mandar el número de guía y el producto llega sin que sepas que va a llegar. De ahí en fuera estoy muy conforme con sus tiempos de entrega y calidad de impresión.
I do not know why you have bad opinions: S I have been doing printing in Printero for several years and I have never had problems, they handle affordable prices, good quality materials and various options for stationery, large format and promotional. On their page there is always someone who attends the chat and they solve all your doubts. Only they always forget to send the guide number and the product arrives without you knowing that it will arrive. From there on out I am very satisfied with their delivery times and print quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo ya varios años comprando con ellos y al principio todo bien, pero en mis últimos 4 o 5 pedidos he tenido muy desagradable experiencia tanto en tiempos de entrega, calidad y atención al cliente. Seguí comprando porque a cualquiera le puede fallar de vez en cuando pero ahora ya ha sido demasiado.
I have been buying with them for several years and at first everything is fine, but in my last 4 or 5 orders I have had a very unpleasant experience in terms of delivery times, quality and customer service. I kept buying because it can fail anyone from time to time but now it has been too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me quedaron muy mal con unas simples tarjetas de presentación, en la página manejan unas fechas pero no las cumplen, para cancelar imposible, tuve que regalarles mi dinero.
Busquen otra opción, printero no vale la pena.
They were very bad for me with some simple business cards, on the page they manage some dates but they do not meet them, to cancel impossible, I had to give them my money.
Look for another option, printero is not worth it.
