Al ser un "e-commerce" de un producto que se ajusta de acuerdo a medidas, tipo de material, calidad de impresión, terminados, etc. etc. se debe tener mucho cuidado al realizar la orden, estar muy seguro de lo que se necesita, conocer de antemano los materiales etc. Tener cuidado con los tiempos de entrega, el envío por paquetería puede prolongarse ligeramente. No te arriesgues, exageradamente incumplidos, no me han devuelto el pago que hice sobre un pedido que no realizaron pero que si cobraron y prometieron entregar varias veces, se basan en promesas infundadas para evitar mayor confrontación. Obviamente ningún departamento tienen ninguna supervisión. No hay servicio al cliente. Seguramente algunos pedidos les "salen" bien, pero contratarlos es realmente arriesgarse a perder tiempo y dinero, hay muchos otros proveedores, mas sencillos, que dan mil veces mejor y mas confiable servicio. Nefarious! Pedí dos marcos y los dos me llegaron a dañados, mande correo a su contacto de soporte y no me dieron respuesta hasta que finalmente me contactaron a un mensaje de whatsap y no se quisieron hacer responsables por que no lo reporte a las 24 horas , culpando a la paquetería. Bad service, and printing quality with defects in assembly. I asked for two frames and both came to me damaged, I sent an email to your support contact and they did not give me an answer until they finally contacted me through a WhatsApp message and they did not want to be held responsible for not reporting it within 24 hours, blaming to the parcel.

Usan el nombre de sus propios empleados para elevar su puntuación. Cuando la realidad es muy distante, podría decirles que existen mejores opciones en todos los aspectos. No te contestan ni por teléfono ni email, no hay ni como quejarse. No mal gastes tu tiempo y dinero con estas ratas. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BE CAREFUL! Valía la pena de arriesgar :) Maybe I was lucky, but the canvases were delivered to me on time even though I live in another city, we were in contact with the staff at all stages of production and, most importantly, my son loved the result as it was the gift for him. It was worth the risk :)
